How to enrol at a nearby service

To attend Holiday HQ at a nearby service, you will need to re-enrol your child/ren. This is to ensure that the team has all the important and relevant information on hand. We have created a handy step-by-step guide which you can download to complete this process. If you get stuck, don’t worry! Our team are here to help. Simply contact our Customer Experience team and they can assist.

There are 5 steps for enrolling at a nearby service: 

  1. Register for the new/additional service 

  2. Confirm the child/ren attending 

  3. Complete the Enrolment Acceptance Form 

  4. Enrolment Confirmation Process 

  5. Book at your new service!
