At OSHClub, we believe great careers grow alongside real life.

Letica's journey reflects this philosophy, starting as a casual coordinator and progressing into a Regional Manager role, while also stepping back to focus on her young family when it mattered most.

Supported to balance leadership with motherhood, Letica now leads teams across Western Australia with care, passion, and a strong sense of purpose.

In this Staff Spotlight, we hear directly from Letica, one of our Regional Managers based in Western Australia, working across OSHClub services, and part of parent company, Junior Adventures Group (JAG).

With eight years of experience working in OSHC, we asked her to share some insights into what her role is like and what motivates her to work in OSHC.

Describe your journey with OSHC and Junior Adventures Group (JAG)

I first joined JAG in 2014 as a Casual Coordinator (relief worker). Between 2015 and 2016, I took some time to focus on my growing family and welcomed my two beautiful children. During that time, I continued to provide casual cover in the coordinator role.

After that, I gained valuable experience working in regional communities before returning to JAG. In 2020, I returned to JAG -this time in a Regional Manager capacity, and I’m still here today, loving what I do every day across several services.

What do you love about your role?

What I love most about being a Regional Manager is visiting services and seeing them grow, adapt, and thrive. It’s rewarding to witness teams working together, responding to the needs of the children, and creating spaces where families feel confident that their children are safe, happy, and supported.

Teamwork truly makes the dream work, and I’m proud to see educators collaborate to make each child feel like part of the JAG family.

Can you share a moment or memory that made you feel proud to do this work?

Choosing just one favourite memory from my time with JAG is impossible - there have been so many special moments. But what always stands out to me is the pure joy on children’s faces when they experience something new or create imaginative stories through play. Their creativity and excitement make every day meaningful.

What do you think families or the community might not realise about the work you do?

One thing I wish more families and communities could see is the incredible dedication of our educators. Day in and day out, they put their hearts into creating safe, engaging, and high-quality environments for children. I am so proud and appreciative of every service I’ve been part of - their passion, care, and personal touches make each one truly special.
